If you receive a message saying your TurboBid database is compressed and can't be opened, this is just a result of your computer trying to save space by compressing your TurboBid database and is a very easy fix. The following steps should fix this issue:
- Open up your Windows File Explorer
- Go to the Documents Folder
- Highlight and then right click on the “TurboBid 4.0” folder
- Select “Properties”
- Click the “Advanced” button in the “General” tab.
- Uncheck the checkbox next to “Compress contents to save disk space”
- Click “OK”
- Click “Apply”
